Bin Khalil Building Construction & Interior delivers civil construction, MEP works, interior fit-out, and specialist flooring, waterproofing, and coating systems — built layer by layer, to spec, on schedule.
About the Company
Serving Bahrain since 1989, Bin Khalil Building Construction & Interior brings civil construction, interior fit-out, and specialist flooring under one roof. Where most contractors sub out flooring and coatings, we run these crews in-house — which means fewer handoffs, tighter tolerances, and one point of accountability from foundation to final polish.
Our teams are built around the technical end of the business: epoxy and resin systems, waterproofing membranes, screeding, and decorative finishes that most general contractors don't carry the expertise to execute well.
Civil works, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out delivered as one program, not three separate contracts.
Every substrate condition and finish spec — from industrial epoxy to microcement — engineered and applied in-house.
Membrane and liquid-applied systems for roofs, tanks, and pools, backed by manufacturer-spec application.
Building cradle services and ongoing maintenance to keep the envelope performing after handover.
What We Build
Twenty-six services across four disciplines. Filter below, or tell us the surface, substrate, or space — we'll spec the right system.
Full interior build-out for commercial and residential spaces, from partitions to final joinery.
Ground-up civil construction managed from foundation through structural completion.
Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works coordinated as one program.
Durable vinyl systems for commercial, healthcare, and retail floors.
Impact-rated flooring built for weight rooms and functional training areas.
Heavy-duty epoxy systems for warehouses, factories, and production floors.
Fast-curing self-leveling screed for flat, ready-to-finish substrates.
Seamless resin flooring for commercial and industrial environments.
Pigmented metallic resin finishes for showrooms, lobbies, and feature floors.
Natural pebble-and-resin surfaces for pool decks and outdoor walkways.
Seamless microcement surfacing across floors, walls, and vertical features.
Smooth, self-leveling resin systems for high-traffic commercial floors.
Mechanical grinding to prep, level, and expose concrete substrates.
High-gloss polished concrete for retail, industrial, and architectural floors.
Decorative flake broadcast systems for garages, showrooms, and clinics.
Textured, slip-resistant epoxy finish for wet or high-traffic zones.
Quartz-broadcast resin flooring built for hygiene-critical environments.
Low-load screed systems for rooftop, podium, and retrofit applications.
Structural screed laid to falls and levels ahead of final finishes.
Resin-modified screed for surfaces needing extra chemical and impact resistance.
Chemical-resistant epoxy coatings built for constant water immersion.
Sprayed polyurethane foam for seamless roof insulation and waterproofing.
Membrane and liquid-applied waterproofing for roofs, basements, and terraces.
Potable-grade epoxy lining for water storage tanks and reservoirs.
Suspended cradle access for façade maintenance, cleaning, and repair.
Custom artistic finishes and patterned surfacing for signature spaces.
How a Project Runs
Substrate testing and scope walk to confirm the right system for the load, traffic, and finish required.
Grinding, repair, and priming so every layer above it bonds correctly.
Screeding, coating, or fit-out works carried out to manufacturer and project spec.
Controlled curing with inspection checkpoints before any surface goes live.
Final walkthrough, documentation, and aftercare guidance delivered on completion.
Why Bin Khalil
Flooring, waterproofing, and fit-out crews are our own — not passed to third-party subs.
Every epoxy, resin, or screed system is matched to the substrate and traffic load, not sold off a single default.
A single project lead across construction, fit-out, and finishes — one schedule, one responsibility chain.
From first pour to ongoing building maintenance, including façade access via cradle services.
