The terms that govern your use of this website and any quotation, project, or service arranged with Al Binkhalil Building Construction.
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by Al Binkhalil Building Construction (Commercial Registration No. 14119-5), owned by Abdulla Ali Khalil Albinkhalil, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these terms.
This website is provided for the purpose of describing our construction, interior fit-out, flooring, waterproofing, and building maintenance services, and for allowing visitors to request quotations or further information. Content on this site — including text, layout, and imagery — may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Any pricing, scope, or timeline information provided through this website, by phone, or by email is an initial estimate only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing, scope of works, materials, and schedule are confirmed only in a signed written quotation or contract following a site visit or detailed project review.
Once a quotation is accepted, the specific terms of that project — including payment schedule, scope of works, materials, timeline, and warranty — will be set out in a separate written agreement or contract between the client and Al Binkhalil Building Construction. Where any conflict exists between this website and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Payment terms (including any deposit, progress payments, and final payment) are agreed on a per-project basis and will be specified in the project quotation or contract. Late payment may result in a pause of works until outstanding amounts are settled, as further described in the relevant project agreement.
We carry out works to standard industry practice and, where applicable, manufacturer specifications for the materials and systems used (such as epoxy, resin, and waterproofing systems). Specific warranty periods and coverage, where offered, will be stated in the project contract. Except as expressly set out in a signed agreement, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage arising from misuse, lack of maintenance, or works carried out by others after project handover.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals for the works (unless otherwise agreed in writing), and providing safe and reasonable access to the site during the agreed working period.
All designs, drawings, and proposals we prepare for a specific project remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms & Conditions, and any project agreement entered into with Al Binkhalil Building Construction, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bahrain, unless otherwise agreed in a signed project contract.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
